Item No. 08C <br />Type of Business: CA <br />Date: September 8, 2008 <br />City Administrator Review _______ City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Desaree Crane, Assistant City Clerk-Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 7332, Approving the Non-Union Retirement <br />Health Savings Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />Due to the new Internal Revenue Service regulations, previously agreed plans relating <br />to employee contributions to the Retirement Health Savings Plan need to be <br />restructured. Non-union employees had numerous meetings on developing a Non- <br />Union Retirement Health Savings Plan. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Attached is the Non-Union Retirement Health Savings Plan, which revises Section 3.45 <br />of the Mounds View Personnel Manual. This plan was discussed and reviewed by the <br />City Council at the September 2, 2008, Work Session.
