Ordinance 814 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(5) The permanent residents residing in independent living units shall be <br />limited to persons who are 55 years of age or over except that one other family <br />member or designated caregiver may reside with the permanent senior resident <br />in accordance with any pertinent lease provision. <br /> <br />(6) The City may require the developer or builder of senior housing to install <br />screening and buffering, such as landscaping, berming or fencing (or a combination of <br />these methods), to help protect neighboring properties. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
