The Agreement form developed by Mounds View would need to address many of <br />these same issues. It could be along the lines of a modified version of the Spring <br />Lake Park form, or be developed under a completely different format. Input and <br />review of the City Attorney would be necessary regarding the Agreement form. <br />Recommendation: <br />Resolution 7338 has been prepared in accordance with the preceding discussion <br />and is included with this Staff Report for consideration by the City Council. <br />Each issue within the Resolution has been identified separately, in the event that <br />Council wishes to revise the specific parameters of any individual issue. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution 7338 Approving The <br />Policy To Address Non-Conforming Driveways Within The Street and Utility <br />Improvement Program <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Joseph R.
