Mounds View, Minnesota Project No: 435-08132-0 <br />Street and Utilities Committee Page 3 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />As stated in our memo to the Streets and Utilities Committee in August, it is our recommendation that the <br />City perform the preliminary survey for Area C in fall 2008. Doing so would keep the City’s options open <br />and provide it with the most flexibility, with essentially no associated risk. <br />The preliminary survey of Area C would require authorization from the City Council. If the Streets and <br />Utilities Committee agrees with our opinion, a Staff Report will be prepared for the City Council to consider <br />authorizing the preliminary survey of Area C. <br />Attachments: <br />x August 11, 2008 Design Team Memo to Streets & Utilities Committee, including attachments
