First Reading of Ordinance 813 to Rezone the Properties at 2865 County 33 <br /> Highway 10 and 7980 & 8020 Groveland Road from R-O, Residential Office 34 <br /> and R-1, Single Family Residential to R-4, High Density Residential 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Marty opened the public hearing at 7:22 p.m. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Planning Associate Heller provided an overview of the project and the requested approvals. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mike Guck 8045 Groveland Road said that he was required to maintain the 75 foot setback from 41 <br />the road and he feels that they should be required to meet that also. He then said that the homes 42 <br />would be forward of his shading his house. He further said that with the location of the driveway 43 <br />on Groveland Road the headlights would shine into someone’s home, so it should be relocated. 44 <br /> 45
