EXECUTIVE SESSION IS CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:38 PM <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Mayor Marty, Council Members Stigney, Hull and Mueller. Clerk Administrator Jim <br />Ericson <br /> <br />3. CLERK ADMINISTRATOR SIX MONTH PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed and discussed the six-month performance review for the <br />Clerk Administrator. Each member completed evaluation forms with comments that will <br />be included in the employee’s personnel file. (Council Member Flaherty, who was <br />unable to attend the meeting, had submitted his evaluation and comments in advance.) <br /> <br />The consensus opinion was that the Clerk Administrator has satisfactorily performed the <br />duties of the position and has met or exceeded expressed expectations. <br /> <br />4.
