<br /> <br /> <br />Item No: 7.D <br />Meeting Date: October 13, 2008 <br />Type of Business: Council Business <br />Administrator Review _____ <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Mark Beer, Finance Director <br />Item Title/Subject: Public Hearing to receive Public Input for Diseased Tree <br />Removals <br /> <br /> <br />A public hearing is scheduled for 7:20 P.M. to receive public input regarding the proposed <br />assessment of diseased tree removal accounts. <br /> <br />A legal notice of this public hearing was published in the September 24, 2008 edition of the <br />New Brighton-Mounds View Bulletin. An Individual notice of the meeting was sent by first <br />class mail to the affected property owners on September 26, 2008. Attached is the full roll of <br />assessment notices that were sent out. <br /> <br />All potential assessments have been paid and thus there are none to be certified.
