RESOLUTION 7348 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING LANE CONFIGURATION OF RED OAK DRIVE <br />SOUTH OF HILLVIEW ROAD IN THE <br />2009 – 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7223 adopted by the City <br />Council on Feb. 11, 2008, the Streets and Utilities Committee was created; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7245 adopted by the City <br />Council on March 24, 2008, the members of the Streets and Utilities Committee <br />were appointed; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a number of <br />resolutions approving various preliminary design issues for the 2009 – 2010 <br />Street and Utility Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 15, 2008 the Streets and Utilities <br />Committee adopted an additional recommendation regarding the lane <br />configuration of Red Oak Drive south of Hillview Road; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 6, 2008 the City Council discussed the <br />recommendation of the Streets and Utilities Committee for the lane configuration <br />of Red Oak Drive south of Hillview Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />Red Oak Drive from Hillview Road to County Road 10 as <br />reconstructed under the 2009–2010 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project shall include the following: <br />1.Width shall be 40 feet from face of curb to face of curb. <br />2.Lane configuration shall be: <br />a.One 14-foot wide northbound lane <br />b.One 12-foot wide southbound left turn only lane <br />c.One 14-foot wide southbound combined through-right <br />turn lane
