Paul <br /> Harrington, City Planner, explained that Linder's Greenhouses had <br /> submitted an application requesting the approval of a Conditional Use <br /> Permit which would allow the operation of a Flower Mart at Mounds View <br /> Square. Harrington stated that the Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter <br /> 40 . 19 allows for open or outdoor sales in a B-4 zoning district and the <br /> application submitted meets all applicable sections of Chapter 40. <br /> Harrington further stated that the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request and recommended approval. <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7 : 10 p.m. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4511 Approving the <br /> Conditional Use Permit Request by Linder's Greenhouses, Mounds View <br /> Square, Planning Case no. 372-94 <br /> Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, asked the representative of Linder's <br /> Greenhouses for some background on the business.
