ORDINANCE NO. 534 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING MUSTANG LANE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. Purpose. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the <br /> procedures set forth at Section 12.06 of the Mounds View City Charter. The <br /> purpose of this ordinance is to vacate certain street right-of-way easements <br /> conveyed at the time of platting of Mounds View Industrial Park No. 2. <br /> SECTION II. Findings. After due notice and public hearing, the City <br /> Council of the City of Mounds View makes the following findings: <br /> a. At the time of platting of Mounds View Industrial Park No. 2, <br /> certain street and road easements were conveyed for purposes of <br /> providing orderly development within the City. <br /> b. Certain right-of-way easements are no longer necessary due to <br /> patterns of development in neighboring communities which <br /> eliminated the need for such right-of-way. <br /> SECTION III. Vacation. The following legally described street right- <br /> of-way shall be vacated: <br /> That portion of Mustang Lane right-of- ay lying South of <br /> Mustang Drive and East of Lot 1, Block 1, Mounds View Industrial <br /> Park No. 2. <br /> All other rights conveyed by Mounds View Industrial Park No. 2 Plat are <br /> reserved to the City. <br /> SECTION IV. Recorded Notice. The Clerk-Administrator shall cause a <br /> certified copy of this ordinance to be filed with the Ramsey County Recorder <br /> and Ramsey County Registrar of Titles. <br />
