REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br />STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA SESSION DATE April 4, 1994 <br />Agenda Section: 6 <br />Report Number: 94-1107WS <br />Report Date: '3—'31-94 <br />DISPOSITION <br />Item Description: <br />Discussion of Chapter 401, "Planning and Zoning Commission" Update <br />Administrator's Review/Recommendatio <br />- No comments to supplement this report <br />- Comments attached. <br />Explanation/Summary (attach supplem nt sheets as ecessary.) <br />SUMMARY; <br />On April 6, 1994, the Mounds View Planning Commission will be taking formal <br />action on the attached resolution no. 377-94 which recommends certain <br />changes to Chapter 401, "Planning and Zoning Commission" of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code. Because the City Council will not meet in Work Session for <br />another month, Staff, at the direction of the Planning Commission, is <br />providing you a copy of those proposed changes for review purposes.
