Explanation/Summary (attach suppleme. shee necessary.) 5TTW NTAR.Y: As part of the City Hall Expansion and Remodeling project, there are some additional items that require Council consideration prior to beginning the work. Below is a list of items and the cost for completing them: • Painting - Council Chambers, Hallway in entrance of $4, 000 City Hall, Community Room and Kitchen, Police Sally Port. • Ceiling tiles - replace in Chambers and main entrance hallway. $1, 000 • Carpentry - build minute room in copier room, wall for storage downstairs, ' enclosure for electrical panel in downstairs women's restroom. $2,500 • 10 door stops and holders with floor strikes. $1, 000 (includes installation) • Electricity to shelter. $600 • Interior signage (upgrade beyond base bid) . $1, 000 • • Miscellaneous electrical and telephone work. $500 • Office furniture and additional Conference Room chairs. $15, 000 • Landscape work and signage (for exterior) . $9, 000 • Sidewalk and concrete work (South and West side of new office area near Conference Room A, new addition. $6, 000 $40, 600 . cro•tkjej(0 Tim Cruikshank, Asst. to City Admin.
