Proposal to the City of Mounds View April 22, 1994 TIE GOAL: To provide the city of Mounds View with a comprehensive understanding of their local businesscommunity, its make-up, needs and concerns, and reconunend a set of strategies for enhancing the prosperity of the local economy. Scope of Services 1. Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. will compile a list of the estimated 100-150 businesses located within the city of Mounds View. This list will be compiled with the assistance of the city and other entities. An effort will be made to survey every business located in the city. Based upon experience, Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. anticipates that approximately 85% of all companies located in Mounds View will participate in the survey process. 2. Within six weeks of execution of this contract, Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. will initiate the survey process. Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. will schedule weekly mailings, an average of 5-10 surveys, to the identified businesses until completed. The mailings will consist of a letter from the city (on letterhead and envelopes provided by the city), Part I of the Local Business Survey document, an industry specific supplement (designed toaddresssubjects of importance for that industry sector), and a brochure outlining the scope of the project. A current copy of the Local Business Survey instrument and the supplements are attached for your review. Surveying will continue for a period of up to two months following the last scheduled mailing date.
