Only one alternative was presented by Staff, which <br /> was for the City to assume responsibility at the edge of the roadway. <br /> This amendment might be more equitable for all property owners. Staff <br /> conducted an informal survey of numerous metro area communities for <br /> their policies, responses are attached to this report.
