Our services will be provided in accordance with our agreement for <br /> professional engineering services dated February 23, 1987, hereinafter called the "Agreement". <br /> Our services will consist of the following work: <br /> 1. Provide resident project services and contract administration for the following <br /> elements of the project: <br /> a. Sanitary sewer service to the clubhouse and maintenance building. <br /> b. Water service to the clubhouse and maintenance building. <br /> c. Irrigation wells and pumping facilities. <br /> The above described services will be provided in conjunction with the Contract Documents <br /> prepared by Williams, Gill and Associates. <br /> Compensation for our services will be a fee based on our payroll cost times a factor 2.24 for <br /> services rendered by our personnel engaged directly on the project,plus reimbursable expenses <br /> including mileage and equipment rental. We estimate that this fee to be $3,500. <br /> We will bill you monthly for services and reimbursable expenses.
