The following fees
were adopted:
Restoration Fee 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. $ 75. 00
3 : 30 p.m. to 5: 30 p.m. $100. 00 '
What would happen in the event that the resident didn't pay the fee
during normal City Hall business hours has not been addressed. Staff
has spoken briefly about this matter with a few members of the Council.
Staff is recommending that the water service not be restored after
normal business hours. Staff would like to also add that those
residents have been notified three times, with the last notice stating
the day that the water will be turned off if payment is not received.
It is further recommended that this policy accompany all notices to the
residents and that water services not be shut off on Fridays.
/1
Mike Ulrich, Public Works Director
•
RECOMMENDATION;
