8. Upon completion of the survey process, Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. will produce a summary document quantifying the make-up of the Mounds View business community, its outlook, key issues, the number and types of referrals and propose a set of economic development strategies. 9. Upon request, Community Resource Partnerships' staff will make formal presentations to the Mounds View city council, EDA and local chamber of commerce or other local business group as appropriate. Period of Contract The time line of-this program can beadjustedto meet-the specific needs of the city of— — -- Mounds View. This proposal anticipates the total time to conduct this program ranges from 6 to 10 months, with the actual time line described below: • Program Organization 4-6 weeks • Survey Mailings 12-25 weeks Mailings will be initiated-within 4-6 weeks of execution of this proposal. Actual rate of mailing shall be determined in consultation with city staff. (See#2 of proposal) • Analytical Work 12 weeks Analysis will begin upon completion of the initial mailing cycle with the Final Report being completed within 90 days of the final mailing. 1994 Work Plan Cost The cost to the city of Mounds View for the program, as described above, is $12,500. This fee includes the production, mailing surveying, and analytical work as described. Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. staff are available to make appropriate presentations to_required city staff and agencies. The city of Mounds View will provide all necessary city letterhead and envelopes, as requested by Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. In addition to the proposed program, Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. could offer assistance in the compilation of the following items. A. Business Directory Upon completion of the survey process, Community Resource Partnerships, Inc. could generate a comprehensive directory of Mounds View businesses. The directory could be categorized by the various business sectors.
