COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> MINOR AUTO REPAIR AT MID-AMERICAN AUTO <br /> Mid-American Auto has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow <br /> minor auto repair at their facility on Highway 10. Staff has scheduled a <br /> conference with the applicant to review the code requirements and direct the <br /> applicant parking, work allowed, hours of operation, etc. Staff has informed <br /> the applicant that the request will be closely scrutinized with regard to the <br /> conditions set forth in the Municipal Code. Staff anticipates this item being <br /> reviewed by the Planning Commission in May and forwarded to the Council in <br /> June. <br /> HOUSING ANALYSIS UPDATE <br /> Staff has begun developing the categories of information which will be collected <br /> as part of the Housing Stock Analysis. Staff has purchased a data base from <br /> the Ramsey County Assessor's Office which includes market values, # of <br /> bedrooms, # of bathrooms, attached or detached garage, style of house, etc. <br /> This data base will be able to be integrated with the field information that Staff <br /> will be collecting in the summer. <br /> Paul H. <br />
