As you
recall, the planning application was then withheld from City
Council review pending resolution of the TIF negotiations.
As we have discussed, we would appreciate reviewing the
application and plans, including the preliminary and final
plat, with the Planning Commission at their next scheduled
regular meeting on May 4 . We would also appreciate
reviewing the planning application with the City Council at
their agenda session on May 2 , with a public hearing to be
scheduled May 9 for the May 23 regular meeting of the
Council.
Hopefully, during this same time-frame we will be finalizing
a development agreement with the City concerning the tax
increment financing for this project and the Hill project.
We look forward to working with you on the Multi-Tech
planning application. Multi-Tech and Everest
representatives are prepared to meet with you at your
convenience for plan review.
