RESOLUTION NO. 4568 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUBLICATION AND CITY-WIDE MAILING OF THE <br /> 1994 FIVE YEAR GOAL PROGRAM BROCHURE AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGET <br /> TRANSFER <br /> WHEREAS, the Council/Staff Strategic Planning Session was held <br /> April 9th and 10th; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Session resulted in a assessment of 1993. <br /> accomplishments and development of the 1994 Five Year Goal Program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Five Year Goal Program represents the goals and <br /> objectives for the next five years and outline the action <br /> priorities by which the goals will be accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is important that the stakeholders of Mounds View <br /> are informed about the future plans for the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council in and <br /> for the City of Mounds View does hereby approve the publication and <br /> City-wide mailing of the 1994 Five Year Goal Program Brochure and <br /> authorize a budget transfer of $5, 000 from the Contingency Account <br /> No. 100-4500-910 to Administration Account No. 100-4120-343 . <br /> Adopted this 9th day of May, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
