As part of this request, the applicant <br /> asked that the Council rezone the property to be utilized for the <br /> development from its existing classification of B-2, Limited Business to <br /> PUD, Planned Unit Development. The rezoning would allow the project to <br /> somewhat "massage" the requirements of the Municipal Code as they relate <br /> to setbacks, area, parking and density. The Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission has reviewed this item and recommended approval in Resolution <br /> No. 384-94 . <br /> • <br /> Attached for your consideration is Ordinance No. 53:8 which would rezone the <br /> subject property. <br /> • <br /> Z-7 <br /> Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Waive reading and formally introduce Ordinance No. 538 amending Appendix <br /> A, "Specific Rezonings" of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />
