As part of this request, the applicant asked that the <br /> Council rezone the property to be utilized for the development from its <br /> existing classification of B-3 , Highway Business to PUD, Planned Unit <br /> Development. • The rezoning would allow the property to be zoned <br /> consistently with the other properties in the Park.
