Approval of the Plat is part of, and necessary for, <br /> the proposed 60, 000 square foot addition to the Multi-Tech facility. Staff <br /> has reviewed the proposal against the requirements setforth in Title 1200, <br /> "Subdivisions" "of the Municipal Code and found that it meets all provisions <br /> stipulated. The Mounds View Planning Commission has conducted their review <br /> of this proposal and recommended approval in Resolution No. 380-94 . <br /> For Council Consideration, Staff has drafted the attached Resolution No. <br /> 4563 approving the Preliminary Plat of Mounds View Business Park West <br /> Addition, <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Raul Harrington, Comm nity Development Coordinator <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Adopt Resolution No. 4563 approving the Preliminary Plat of Mounds View <br /> Business Park West Addition. <br />
