Hill for a Major Subdivision which would create a lot available for <br /> the construction of their 30, 000 square foot facility. As you will recall, <br /> the property is located behind the Mounds View Inn on the parcel referred <br /> to as the "Building M" site. Staff has reviewed the proposal against the <br /> requirements setforth in Title 1200, "Subdivisions" of the Municipal Code <br /> and found that it meets all provisions stipulated. The Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission has conducted their review of this proposal and <br /> recommended approval in Resolution No. 379-94 . <br /> For Council Consideration, Staff has drafted the attached Resolution No. <br /> 4562 approving the Preliminary Plat of Mounds View Business Park East <br /> Building.
