48.06 <br /> 16. The quality of water infiltrated to the water table or aquifer <br /> shall remain substantially, as determined by the City, <br /> unchanged by the alteration of the site. <br /> 17. All buildings, other than accessory buildings, as defined in <br /> Chapter 40 of this Code, shall be setback at least 100 feet <br /> from the wetland. <br /> 18. All accessory buildings as defined in Chapter 40 of this Code <br /> shall be setback not less than the requirements set forth in <br /> Chapter 40.05 subdivision C. <br /> 19. The lowcat floor c' e minimum buildings elevation <br /> permitted in a wetland zoning district shall be as defined in <br /> the Local Water Management Plan - <br /> the elevation of the 0100 year frequency flood level'. - <br /> 20. No alteration shall be allowed which will endanger the health, <br /> safety, or welfare of persons, or which may result in unusual <br /> road maintenance costs or utility line breakages due to soil <br /> limitations, including high frost action. <br /> 21. Removal of vegetation within a wetland zoning district shall <br /> be permitted only when reasonably required for the placement <br /> of structures and use of property. <br /> Subdivision 4. Conditions <br /> A. 1. A wetland alteration permit may be approved subject to <br /> conditions reasonable and necessary to ensure compliance with <br /> the requirements contained in 48.06, Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3. <br /> Such conditions may, among other matters <br /> a. Provide for the enhancement of wetland storm water storage, <br /> fish and wildlife habitat, and water quality enhancement <br /> functions of wetland zoning districts; <br /> 48.06 <br /> b. provide for enhancement of recreation and education <br /> opportunities in wetland zoning districts; <br /> c. limit the size, kind, or character of the proposed work; <br /> 11 <br />
