RESOLUTION NO. 4571 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br /> FOR A ONE DAY, OFF-SITE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT <br /> MINNESOTA DEER HUNTER'S ASSOCIATION <br /> WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's <br /> Association has submitted an application to the City of Mounds View to conduct a <br /> one-day, off-site lawful gambling event; and <br /> WHEREAS, the North Suburban Chapter of the Minnesota Deer Hunter's <br /> Association has requested to hold this one-day, off-site raffling event at the Bel-Rae <br /> Ballroom in the City of Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS, this raffle would take place on August 26, 1994; and <br /> WHEREAS, all paperwork for this application has been properly filed with the <br /> City of Mounds View. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View that the North Suburban Deer Hunter's Chapter of the Minnesota Deer <br /> Hunter's Association is approved to hold a one-day, off-site raffling event in the City of <br /> Mounds View at the Bel-Rae Ballroom on August 26, 1994. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1994. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
