ExpianationiSummarj (attach supplemea sheets as ,ecessar/.) ,alimy/ RYz verest Development, representing Multi-Tech, has made application for the allowing within the Mounds View Business Park: • 1 ) Development Plan Review - Review of a 59, 970 total square foot two- -tory building/facility addition at Multi-Tech Systems to be constructed .n the West end of the existing Multi-Tech building. The addition will onsist of a 28 , 299 square foot building footprint, a 28, 171 square foot -econd floor and a 3 , 500 square foot addition on the East end of the suilding in the loading dock area. Staff has reviewed the submitted application and narrative provided by the applicant and found the request eets the intent of the Municipal Code as it applies to this request , including land use, setbacks, zoning(if approved) , parking, etc. A review .f the provisions for storm water control on the site is currently nderway. Staff anticipates no problems with storm water control on the -ite as the ponding area constructed as part of the existing Business Park as sized to handle the further development of this property as well as the .roperty to the immediate West. JP ) Rezoning - Currently, the property located immediately West of the ounds View Business Park is zoned B-3 , Highway Commercial (please see attached map) . The applicant is proposing that the aforementioned property i.e rezoned to PUD, Planned Unit Development, to accommodate the proposed se of that parcel by Multi-Tech for required parking area. Also, the rezoning would provide consistent zoning for the entire Business Park omplex. Plat Approval - A Major Subdivision of the property immediately to the est of the e Mu �//lti-Tech site is also being proposed.
