RESOLUTION NO. 4576 <br /> CITY OF. MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br /> MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK WEST ADDITION <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 367-93 <br /> WHEREAS, Everest Development has requested approval of <br /> a major subdivision for the property legally known as: <br /> THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF <br /> THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER LYING NORTHEASTERLY OF U.S. HIGHWAY NO. <br /> 10, AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br /> SOUTHEAST QUARTER, ALL IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 23, <br /> ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, the plat is shown as Mounds View Business Park <br /> West Addition and dated April 19, 1994; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br /> applicant's request for a major subdivision including two (2) <br /> lots and found that it is in conformance with all applicable <br /> sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the requested subdivision and recommended approval in <br /> Resolution No. 380-94 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> City Council approves the major subdivision request by Everest <br /> Development contingent upon the following: <br /> 1 . Park Dedication Fees, as required by Title 1200 of the <br /> Mounds View Municipal Code, are paid in full prior to <br /> recording of the Plat. <br /> 2 . The Plat shall be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 <br /> days of City Council approval . <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of May, 1994 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
