STAFF REPORT <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> JUNE 6, 1994 <br /> It is envisioned that the Superintendent will report to the Parks <br /> and Recreation Director. This organizational structure appears to <br /> be the most consistent across the cities with municipal courses. As <br /> with divisions of other departments, the responsibility for capital <br /> programs and budgets will be a coordinated effort between the <br /> Superintendent and the Parks and Recreation Director with review by <br /> the Finance Director and myself. <br /> The market analysis conducted by Effect Golf Course Systems <br /> provided the staffing schedule for the course. This schedule was <br /> also included in the—bonding information which led to the approval <br /> of the sale of the Revenue Bonds for the course. <br /> The proposed staffing for 1994 and 1995 is attached. <br />
