The proposed 5 Step pay plan for this position would be: <br /> STEP 1 STEP 2 STEP 3 STEP 4 STEP 5 <br /> $24, 960/yr. $26,520/yr. $28, 080/yr. $29, 640/yr. $31,200/yr. <br /> It is proposed that Ms. Pruitt start at Step 1 and upon a satisfactory <br /> performance review after 6 months, she would then advance to Step 2 . <br /> Funding for this position would come from the existing Code Enforcement <br /> Officer/Recycling Coordinator's budget and $10, 000 from a transfer from the <br /> Franchise Fee Contingency Account. <br /> It is recommended this hire be contingent upon successful completion of a <br /> physical examination and drug and alcohol test. Reference checks have been <br /> completed and are satisfactory. <br /> If this hire is approved by the City Council at the Monday, June 13, <br /> regular meeting, she could start Tuesday, June 14 . <br />
