Consideration <br /> The applicant, Michael Hegland, was of Resolution <br /> present. No. 38178-94 <br /> Regarding <br /> Planner Harrington informed the Planning Conditional Use <br /> Commission that he had prepared two Permit/Variance <br /> resolutions regarding this proposal; one Request of <br /> approving the request, the other denying Michael <br /> it. Planner Harrington reviewed the Hegland, 7604 <br /> proposal reminding the Planning Spring Lake <br /> Commission that the applicant was Road, Planning <br /> requesting a variance to allow an Case No. 374-94 <br /> accessory structure in excess of the <br /> square footage allowed by Code with the <br /> issuance of a conditional use permit. <br /> Planner Harrington explained that the <br /> applicant is requesting to use his <br /> existing 528 square foot garage as a <br /> storage building and construct a new 780 <br /> square foot attached garage to his <br /> house.
