Chapter 1106.04 <br /> Subdivision 7 of the Mounds View Municipal Code allows for the construction of accessory <br /> buildings exceeding 216 square feet but, not larger than 400 square feet, with the issuance of a <br /> conditional use permit. Mr. Heglands' request would allow the downsizing and relocation of an <br /> existing 528 square foot accessory building to be in compliance with City Codes. Currently, Mr. <br /> Hegland is utilizing the 528 square foot structure as a garage. <br /> The request, as proposed, meets all other applicable requirements set forth in the Mounds View <br /> Municipal Code including, but not limited to, height, area and setbacks. The Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission has reviewed this item and recommended approval in Resolution No. 385- <br /> 94. <br /> All materials received by Staff as part of this application are provided for your review.
