The resolution before council for <br /> their consideration explains these details. To briefly recap the <br /> resolution, the county has agreed to develop plans and specifications, <br /> provide staking of the project, provide inspection services, and contribute <br /> $ 52 , 000 to the City of Mounds View for the project. This is a joint <br /> project with the City of Fridley, and they will be administering the <br /> project, with Mounds View reimbursing Fridley.
