The Blaine Building Inspection Department will be responsible for inspecting the <br /> maintenance building and the Mounds View Building Inspection Department will be <br /> responsible for inspecting the clubhouse building. <br /> 6. The maintenance building site needs-to be broughr down to the proper grade by <br /> Wednesday, June 8, 1994. <br /> 7. After the first Pay Request submitted by the contractor, subsequent Pay Requests <br /> should be accompanied by lien waivers for all major subcontractors. The general <br /> contractor can submit a blanket waiver covering all the smaller miscellaneous items. <br /> 8. Blaine is requiring that the perimeter of the foundation of the maintenance building be <br /> insulated. There is no foundation wall to insulate. Scott Kempke will discuss this <br /> matter with the Blaine Building Inspector to see if this requirement can be waived. <br /> 9. Ebert Construction shall submit the list of subcontractors to the architect, along with a <br /> complete schedule of values as soon as possible. <br /> 10.
