These 1993 <br /> Estimated Market Values are the values which will be <br /> used to calculate net tax capacity values for taxes <br /> payable in 1994. Also the aggregate of the net tax <br /> capacity values are used in determining the tax <br /> capacity rates of the City, County, School District, <br /> and other taxing jurisdictions. At the present time <br /> these numbers are preliminary.
