He <br /> will be present at Monday night's meeting to discuss his project. He has <br /> requested that the City consider paying the cost of his direct expenses on <br /> this project (cost of tapes, mileage and materials) . The cost will not <br /> exceed $500 . <br /> Attached please find Jerry's preliminary script for the video.
