EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA111 <br /> HELD: April 12 , 1993 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular or <br /> special meeting of the City Council of the City of Mounds View, <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said <br /> City on the 12th day of April, 1993 , beginning at o 'clock <br /> _.M. for the purpose in part of authorizing the competitive <br /> negotiated sale of the $2 , 310, 000 General Obligation Water <br /> Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1993A, of said City. <br /> The following Councilmembers were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Councilmember introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 4360 <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR <br /> 411 <br /> THE COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATED <br /> SALE OF $2 , 310, 000 <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION WATER REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, <br /> SERIES 1993A <br /> A. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View, Minnesota, has heretofore determined that it is necessary <br /> and expedient to issue the City's $2 , 310, 000 General Obligation <br /> Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1993A (the "Bonds") , to <br /> refund in advance of maturity the 2001 through 2013 maturities of <br /> the City's General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1991A, <br /> dated May 1, 1991; and <br /> B. WHEREAS, the City has retained Springsted <br /> Incorporated, in Saint Paul, Minnesota ("Springsted") , as its <br /> independent financial advisor for the Bonds and is therefore <br /> authorized to sell the Bonds by a competitive negotiated sale in <br /> accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475 . 60, Subdivision <br /> 2 (9) : <br /> 111 <br /> 236781 <br />
