While all firms were qualified, staff particularly <br /> concentrated on firms with experience in similar types .of pro- <br /> jects. After reviewing the proposals and checking references, • <br /> staff is recommending the selection of Bonestroo, Rosene., Ander- <br /> lik, and Associates.
