The applicant's request, if granted, would allow <br /> the construction of a 16'x 24' (384 square feet) building. The request, <br /> as proposed, meets all other applicable requirements set forth in Chapter <br /> 40 of the Municipal Code including, but not limited to, he got,onhareaband <br /> setbacks. All materials submitted as part of the app <br /> included for your review. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission, at their regularly scheduled meeting <br /> of May 5, 1993, recommended approval of the request.
