These roads are "Outlot A" on the plat and the <br /> Association is the legal owner of "Outlot A" . As previously discussed with <br /> Council, the agreement allows the City to provide certain road maintenance • <br /> including snow• plowing, pothole patching, curb maintenance and seal <br /> coating. The Association is required to provide long term maintenance <br /> including , but not limited to: repaving, resurfacing, overlays, major <br /> improvements, and all maintenance not provided by the City. <br /> Staff believes this is a good agreement that is fair and equitable to both <br /> sides. <br /> • <br /> • Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer <br /> • <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: • <br /> • <br /> Staff- recommends that Council approve this agreement and authorize the <br /> Mayor and Clerk-Administrator to execute the agreement on behalf of the <br /> City. <br />
