IA ` <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2228 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING USED AUTO SALES LICENSE TO <br /> KEVIN MULLINS, DBA MID-AMERICAN AUTO <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Kevin Mullins has entered into an earnest money <br /> agreement with Mr. Joseph Cox, current owner of Mid-American Auto <br /> located at 2975 Trunk Highway 10 to purchase this facility and <br /> operate a used auto sales lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Mullins has applied for the transfer of the <br /> used auto sales license currently in the possession of <br /> Mr. Joseph Cox; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has reviewed the proposal <br /> submitted by Mr. Mullins including a site plan; and <br /> WHEREAS. the Mounds View City Council has determined that <br /> Mr. Mullins' proposal is consistent with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 109 of the Municipal Code relating to Used Auto Sales <br /> with restrictic:c as outlined below. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View approves the issuance of a Used Auto Sales <br /> license to Mr. Kevin Mullins to conduct business at 2975 Trunk <br /> Highway 10 conditioned upon the following. <br /> l.. The entire lot where customer and used vehicle parking <br /> is located must be paved and the customer parking area <br /> must be striped to provide the number of spaces required. <br /> 2. A minimum of eight customer parking spaces shall be <br /> provided and a maximum of 38 autos for sale shall be <br /> located on the lot at any one time in the pattern <br /> N „entified on the site. plan dated August 18 , 1987 <br /> identified .••• per^ <br /> currently .in the possession of the City of Mounds View. <br /> III 3. No outside storage of parts, supplies, equipment, or any <br /> other items other than autos for sale shall occur. <br /> 4. Vehicle maintenance and repair shall b^ limited to minor <br /> repairs on vehicles to be sold on the lot with said <br /> repairs limited to minor body and fender work, minor <br /> painting and upholstering service, replacement of parts <br /> and engine service to passenger vehicles and trucks not <br /> exceeding a one ton chassis design. <br /> II <br />- �.. - <br />
