Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, reviewed Staff <br /> Report 92-414C regarding revisions to Chapters 59 and 60 of the <br /> Municipal Code entitled, "Building Permits and Fees" and "Building Code <br /> and License Fees", respectively. The revisions to these chapters have <br /> been prepared to conform with State Statutes and to clarify the types <br /> of work requiring a license from the City. <br /> A roll call vote was taken. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> REPORTS <br /> Councilmember Rickaby <br /> At the November 9, 1992 meeting the appointment of Lee Trotta to the <br /> Environmental Quality Task Force was tabled because more information was <br /> needed regarding the Task Force and its purpose. Rickaby would like this <br /> item taken from the table and moved on. <br /> • MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Blanchard to remove from the table <br /> consideration of application for appointment to Environmental <br /> Quality Task Force <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Rickaby stated that the Environmental Quality Task Force is in need of more <br /> members if the Task Force will be taking on further tasks. Rickaby further <br /> stated that at the last meeting the two persons in attendance had some new <br /> ideas. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Rickaby/Wuori to appoint Lee Trotta to the Environmental <br /> • <br /> Quality Task Force. <br /> Mayor Linke stated that perhaps the Council should wait until the first <br /> meeting of 1993 to appoint members as this is when all other new <br /> appointments are coming up. Mayor Linke further explained that new liaisons <br /> are chosen for the Commissions at the last meeting in December or first <br /> meeting in January. <br /> Councilmember Rickaby asked what Mayor Linke meant when he stated that this <br /> Task Force is coming up for renewal. <br /> Mayor Linke explained that normally with a task force, when the task has <br /> been completed the task force is dissolved. Mayor Linke stated that he <br /> understood that there are persons interested in making this Task Force a <br />
