RESOLUTION NO. 4300 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br /> City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at <br /> the City Hall on the 9th day of November, 1992 , with the <br /> following members present: <br /> and the following members absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION LEVYING A TAX FOR DELINQUENT <br /> UTILITY BILL, TREE REMOVAL AND MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES <br /> OVER A ONE YEAR PERIOD <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed all properties on <br /> which there are delinquent utility bill, tree removal and <br /> miscellaneous charges; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined each affected property is <br /> responsible for each charge the owner has incurred; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk <br /> to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County the attached list of <br /> delinquent utility bill, tree removal and miscellaneous charges, <br /> said list made a part herein, for certification against the tax <br /> levy of said property owners for the year 1992, collectible in <br /> 1993, and which listing includes an administrative fee of five <br /> percent (5%) . Interest shall be figured at the rate of eight <br /> percent (8%) on the total amount for one year. Total amount to <br /> be certified: $3 , 108.72 . <br /> The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly <br /> seconded by Member and upon a vote being taken, Ayes <br /> Nays, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this <br /> 9th day of November, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
