40.24 <br />(3) Final Plat Stacie. After approval of a general <br />concept plan for the PUD and approval of a develop- <br />ment stage plan for a section of the proposed PUD the <br />applicant will submit the following material for <br />review by City staff prior to issuance of a building <br />or other permits: <br />a. A detailed landscaping plan. <br />b. Proof of recording any easements and restrictive <br />covenants prior to the sale of any land or <br />dwelling unit within the PUD and of the establish- <br />ment and activation of any entity that is to be <br />responsible for the management and maintenance of <br />any public or common open space or service <br />facility. <br />c. All certificates, seals and signatures required <br />for the dedication of land and recordation of <br />documents. <br />d. Final architectural working drawings of all <br />structures. <br />e. Final engineering plans and specifications for <br />streets, utilities and other public improvements, <br />together with a Community/Developer Agreement for <br />the installation of such improvements and finan- <br />cial guarantees for the completion of such <br />improvements. <br />f. Any other plan, agreements, or specifications <br />necessary for the City staff to review the <br />proposed construction. <br />40.25 ADMINISTRATION - AMENDMENTS TO THIS CODE, OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP AND ISSUANCE OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br />Subd. A Procedure. <br />(1) Request for amendments of this Code, the official <br />zoning map or conditional use permits, as provided <br />within this Code, shall be filed with the City Clerk - <br />Administrator on an official application form. Such <br />application shall also be accompanied by ten (10) <br />copies of detailed written and graphic materials <br />fully explaining the proposed change, development or <br />use. The City -Clerk -Administrator shall refer said <br />application, along with all related information, to <br />the Planning Commission for consideration and a <br />report and recommendation to the City Council. <br />
