Mr. <br /> Weldon has applied for a used car license under Section' 109 of the <br /> Municipal Code. As per the Code, the Council called for a public hearing <br /> on the proposed license for Monday, January 11, 1993 . <br /> In August of 1987 when Mr. Mullins purchased the property from a Mr. Joseph <br /> Cox, the Council adopted Resolution No. 2228, attached herein, which <br /> approved the issuance of the license with conditions. <br /> The Council may wish to consider the license for Mr. Weldon based on the <br /> same conditions.
