RESOLUTION NO. 4335 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING A NEW AND USED CAR SALES LICENSE <br /> TO JEFFREY WELDON, AUTO CENTRAL, INC. , 2975 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Jeffrey Weldon has assumed ownership of the <br /> former Mid-American Auto business located at 2975 Highway 10 with <br /> the intent of continued operation of a used auto sales lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Weldon has applied for a used auto sales license <br /> per City Code, Section 109 and will rename the business to <br /> Auto Central, Inc. ; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View has reviewed the application <br /> submitted by Mr. Weldon; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Weldon will operate his business consistent with <br /> the site plan reviewed and approved under Mr. Kevin Mullins <br /> ownership of Mid-American Auto Sales; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has determined that Mr. <br /> Weldon's proposal is consistent with the provisions of Chapter 109 <br /> of the Municipal Code relating to Used Auto Sales with the <br /> restrictions as outlined below. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for <br /> the City of Mounds View does hereby approve the issuance of a Used <br /> Auto Sales license to Mr. Jeffrey Weldon to conduct business at <br /> 2975 Highway 10 with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The entire lot where customer and used vehicle parking is <br /> located must be paved and the customer parking area must <br /> be stripped to provide the number of spaces required. <br /> 2 . A minimum of eight customer and used vehicle parking shall <br /> be provided and a maximum of 38 autos for sale shall be <br /> located on the lot at any one time in the pattern identified <br /> on the site plan dated August 18, 1987 currently in the <br /> possession of the City of Mounds View. <br /> 3 . No outside storage of parts, supplies, equipment, or any other <br /> items other than autos for sale shall occur. <br /> 4. Vehicle maintenance and repair shall be limited to minor <br /> repairs on vehicles to be sold on the lot with said repairs <br /> limited to minor body and fender work, minor painting and <br /> upholstering service, replacement of parts and engine service <br />
