ITEM 7, B.3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4333 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is authorized to <br /> establish sewer rates; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is <br /> necessary that the City adjust its water rates; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. Effective January 1, 1993 , the sewer rate will <br /> be $43 . 00 per quarter per REC (Residential <br /> Equivalent Connection) . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the sewer rates <br /> to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> Adopted this 11 day of January, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR <br />
