Sunrise Church is requesting <br /> Council approval in order to exceed the aforementioned square footage <br /> requirements. Chapter 39. 14, Subdivision 12 allows for the placement of <br /> signs "of unusual height, size, design or location . . . " with the approval <br /> of the City Council. The applicant is considering three (3) different <br /> designs for the sign, however, in no event will the sign face area exceed <br /> 24 square feet. <br /> • <br /> I have included a copy of a site plan of the property provided by the <br /> applicant. Please note that the requested sign is the one located closest <br /> to the parking lot and fronting Long Lake Road. Also included are the <br /> dimensions of the three sign designs currently under consideration by the <br /> applicant.
