Mayor Linke again thanked the Scouts on behalf of the residents and City Council for the City of Mounds View for jobs well done and very appreciated. CONSENT AGENDA Don Brager, Acting City Administrator, read the Consent Agenda. Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Council desired removed fro ll the Consent Agenda.
