RESOLUTION NO. 4412 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br /> FOR A ONE-DAY, OFF-SUE LAWFUL GAMBLING PERMIT <br /> WHEREAS, the Fridley Lions Club has submitted an application to the <br /> City of Mounds View for a one-day, off-site lawful gambling permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fridley Lions Club has requested to hold a raffle as a <br /> fund raiser for the Cindy Mathison Cancer Benefit; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Fridley Lions Club has requested to hold this one-day, <br /> off-site raffling event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom in the City of Mounds View <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, this requested raffle will take place on August 3, 1993 from <br /> Noon - 5:00 p.m.; and <br /> WHEREAS, all paperwork for this application has been properly filed <br /> with the City of Mounds View. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Coucnil of the <br /> City of Mounds View hereby approves the application from the Fridley Lions <br /> Club to hold a one-day, off-site raffling event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of August, 1993 <br /> A [EST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
